REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Copper Fern Studio is a small business featuring handmade, one of a kind pieces and therefore returns cannot be accepted. I will provide exceptions due to my fault. If you are not satisfied, please email to copperfernstudio@gmail.com within 10 days to discuss a possible exchange. Exchanges are handled case by case and cannot be guaranteed. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to me (if needed), however I will cover shipping costs back to you. Sale item purchases and coupon purchases are final sale.

If you are in need of a repair or replacement I'm here to help!
ALL repairs are on a case-by-case basis!
If your piece breaks for any reason within 30 days the repair is on me (Note: if components/beads are discontinued I will work with you to the best of my abilities). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to me (if needed), however I will cover shipping costs back to you.
If your piece breaks after 30 days there will be a repair charge that is a case-by-case basis (Note: if components/beads are discontinued I will work with you to the best of my abilities). SPECIAL NOTES
As my jewelry is handmade, they are unique, there are no two identical pieces. Colors may vary slightly due to difference in phone/computer screens.
